Because of the size and weight of these large bird cages, the only shipping option that is Free is GROUND or FREIGHT. Other shipping options that are requested are subject to shipping fees and expenses that must be paid 100% by you, the requesting customer.

Large bird cages weighing more than 150 lbs. and the Real Wood Play Stands will be shipped Freight. You will have to be home for the delivery and some assistance to carry might be required.  

Orders are processed and sent out within 2 business days of us receiving them.  It will then take 1 - 6 business days for the product to be shipped to you, depending on how far away you are from the warehouse.

Once the shipment is sent out from the warehouse you will be emailed your tracking number in 1 - 2 business days.
