We contact several shipping companies to provide you with the most cost effective quote. This allows us to provide you with the lowest prices on all our bird cages, and pass the shipping costs on to you at a fair rate. You may obtain a shipping quote before placing your order by visiting our shipping quote request page. Otherwise you may place your order and we will send you a shipping quote automatically within 24 hours. Your order will not be processed until you have made payment for the shipping.
Large bird cages and parrot cages weighing more than 150 lbs. and the Real Wood Play Stands will be shipped Freight. You will have to be home for the delivery and some assistance to carry might be required.
Orders are processed and sent out within 2 business days of us receiving them. It will then take 1 - 6 business days for the product to be shipped to you, depending on how far away you are from the warehouse. Once the shipment is sent out from the warehouse you will be emailed your tracking number in 1 - 2 business days.
